LO Share and Counterfeit Kit

Got some stuff done over the "Sister's Birthday Party Weekend Crop." Really simple LOs, but I got some things done. I also attempted the Counterfeit Kit Challenge. I tried to copy the second kit they posted. I used all Daisy D's papers. I am such a Daisy D hoarder, especially now that they are out of business and they were my FAVORITE company. Several of the papers (the floral and stripes) reminded me of stuff I have had in my stash for years, so I went with it. I took some pictures of what I was using. I added a ton of the stickers and embellies and letters that came with the matching papers. I added cardstock - I hope that's allowed! Anyway, I figured even if I do something "wrong" with the challenge, at least I'm using up stash, and seriously, I enjoyed my whole weekend, knowing I was not only scrapping, but using some of my favorite, yummy papers! Here are some the pictures!

LO's: (I think my hair is that weird thing on the side of the photos - sorry!)

Cowboy Conversations - I did this as a comic strip.

A Gift For Mom - I made this Barn to hold Mom's thread spools.

You are a Miracle - This was a Inspirational LO done from this album cover: The Swift

Learning to Garden - collage of all kinds of pictures and produce I took last summer while different stages of my First Garden were growing. :)

This one was not done with my CK papers. It was one of the challenges at the party to use 2 of the 4 papers provided and brown glitter glue. The LO has pics from Ayla's BDay party. The glitter glue is over the die cut letters in the title.

You are My Heart - Last of my babies to wear the family heirloom . . . and on to Sister's baby!

Oh, this LO I used a TON of die cut circles from my stash and followed the "tutorial" on the CK site to make the background paper. :)

There are 2 more LO's I did this weekend, one I can't show yet because it is the Telephone Scraplift Challenge, the other I have to either find, or retake pictures of!

Great LO's. I think it is AWESOME you are getting that hoarded paper used so other people can enjoy it in your albums with your pictures. ;)

That's a lot of great scrapping - I like the idea of the comic strip one (might have to give that a try myself).
