Things my kids have said.

Last year when attending a play at the church in Texas about the death and resurrection of Christ, when they sealed Him in the tomb, Ayla leaned over and whispered, "Dad, do we have to sit here for 3 days until He comes out???"

This year, while reading the same story on Good Friday he asked, "Why was Judas Asparagus so mean to Jesus?" (This is when you know Veggies Tales is big in our home . . . !)

On the way home from church yesterday, Ayla was telling Isaiah about some of the miracles she learned about at church. They were about Moses. She talked about how God had told Moses to drop his staff and it turned into a snake, then he picked it up and it turned back into a staff. Then she said, "Do you know what God did next? He told Moses to put his arm into his robe and when it came back out, it had a leprechaun on it!" (Leprosy!) (It was all I could do not to fall over about that one! LOL!)
